Why in news?
The Assistance in Deploying Energy Efficient Technologies in Industries and Establishments (ADEETIE) Scheme was launched to promote energy efficiency in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The scheme is implemented by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency under the Ministry of Power.
