Why in news?
The Union Cabinet approved the BHAVYA Rasayan Scheme on 24 July 2026. It will support three large and dedicated chemical parks. The scheme has a central outlay of ₹3,030 crore. It will operate from 2026–27 through 2030–31.

BHAVYA Rasayan expands to Bharat Audyogik Vikas Yojana Rasayan in the scheme’s official title.
